Ingredients: Method: Thinly slice the onion Heat a frying pan with olive oil Put in onion slices and cook on low heat for 5 mins. Add a splash of red wine and tablespoon of sugar Cook on very low heat for 15-20 mins until onions are caramelised Serve on pizza or burgers
