Caramelised Onions
Main ingredients: Onions thinly sliced, red wine, sugar, olive oil
Equipment: Small frying pan
		Ingredients:
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
 - Red wine
 - Sugar
 - Olive oil
 
Method:
Thinly slice the onion
Heat a frying pan with olive oil
Put in onion slices and cook on low heat for 5 mins.
Add a splash of red wine and tablespoon of sugar
Cook on very low heat for 15-20 mins until onions are caramelised
Serve on pizza or burgers
