Scrambled egg and red pepper wraps


Main ingredients: Eggs, red peppers, butter, wraps

Equipment: Frying pan
Matt says: "Tip: Heat the wraps in a large frying pan or in the microwave and wait till they bubble up a bit. Try not to overcook as they become hard."

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • Butter
  • Peppers finely chopped
  • Wraps
  • Grated Cheese

Recipe:

Heat a knob of butter in the frying pan

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl

Add chopped peppers to pan and cook for 3-4 mins

Add eggs

Stir briskly

Heat wraps in another frying pan or in the microwave (tip: fold in to quarters if wraps are too big for the microwave)

Spoon the cooked eggs on to the wrap, sprinkle on the grated cheese. Roll wrap into a sausage shape.
