Main courses

These are all easy dishes with simple, fresh ingredients. From pizza to souffle, cauliflower cheese to bean burgers. Why buy pre-prepared when you can eat well at home?

Side dishes

A selection of side dishes to accompany any main course. Plus my favourite can’t-fail plain rice recipe which works every time. And, of course, chips (french fries) which can be made in the oven.

Snacks

Breakfast dishes, aperitif snacks or just feeling hungry. How about home-made baked beans on toast, all made from scratch, or my signature breakfast dish, Eggs Mathieu, Yum!

Baking

Including my tried and trusted wholemeal bread recipe. Make this fantastic easy recipe a few times and you’ll never want to buy bread from the shops. Easy once you get the hang of it.
