These are fantastic for an aperitif snack and very easy to make once you get the hang of it. The hardest part is stirring in the eggs. 1 pinch saltCheese 75 gButter 75 gFlour 150 gWater 25 cl4 eggs Melt butter, salt and water together in a panAdd flour, stir briskly, cook a bit to dry outCool a bitAdd four eggsAdd cheeseStir Make small balls on a baking sheetBake for 20 mins
