    Lentil Curry

    Ingredients GingerGarlic1 large onion3 carrotts1 cup red lentilsFresh cream or youghourt1 tablespoon curry powdersugarsalt Chop finely onion, garlic, ginger and carrots.Fry in olive oil (with the curry powder) for 5 mins.Add 1 cup red lentils. Add one and a half tablespoons sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Fry for a further 5 mins.Add half a litre of water and 3 tablespoons fresh cream (or youghourt).
