	Lentil CurryIngredients GingerGarlic1 large onion3 carrotts1 cup red lentilsFresh cream or youghourt1 tablespoon curry powdersugarsalt Chop finely onion, garlic, ginger and carrots.Fry in olive oil (with the curry powder) for 5 mins.Add 1 cup red lentils. Add one and a half tablespoons sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Fry for a further 5 mins.Add half a litre of water and 3 tablespoons fresh cream (or youghourt). Simmer for 20 mins, adding more water…
